Mrs. Simeona J. Rico, 89, died on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her home in Bloomfield.
A Funeral Mass will be offered in Sacred Heart Church, Bloomfield
on Friday, May 30 at 10 am.
Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, (www.proutfuneralhome.com) 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm.
Born in San Vicente, Gapan, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, Mrs. Rico has lived in Bloomfield since 1978.
She was a member of Divina Pastora Gapan Nueva Ecija Association, East Coast.
She was the wife of the late Avelino Rico and the mother of Mario Rico (and his wife, Manette), William Rico (and his wife, Fe), Arcile Cortez, Felicitas Zoppi (and her husband, Robert), Mercedes Cortez (and her husband, Abel), Nestor Rico, Maria Luz Mendolia (and her husband, Sal) and Benedicto Rico (and his wife, Joy).
She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Fortunata Ballesfin, her cousins, Lauro Cecilio, Carmencita, Corazon, Milagros, nieces, nephews and 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
