Paul K. Covert

Mr. Paul K. Covert, 78, passed away on September 29, 2014 in Wayne, NJ.

370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Saturday from 3 to 6 pm, with a Memorial Service to be held at 5:30 pm.
Born in Sublette, KS, Mr. Covert grew up in Meade, KS and has lived in Newark, NJ since 1964.
He has a Bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University and worked for many years as a Site administrator for the Newark Housing Authority.
Mr. Covert also served as President of the Chocolate Factory Condo Association in Newark for many years.
He is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Zisis (and her husband, Ted), Lisa Ednie (and her husband, John), Julie Hemley and Jennifer Covert (and her husband, Daniel Gomez). He is also the brother of Nancy LeValley, Sherry J. Van Buren, Shannon Conway, Ted Alden Turney and the grandfather of Alex, Zoe, Lauren and Diana.
He was predeceased by his parents, Paul H. Covert and Earline Mae Clark, his sister, Myrna Becker and his brother, Terry Howard Covert.
