John F. Marion

Mr. John F. "Billy" Marion, 89, died on August 27, 2015.

370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Sunday, August 30 from 3 to 5 pm, with a
Service to be held at 5 pm.
Born in Montclair, Mr. Marion moved to North Caldwell 61 years ago.
He was a Naval veteran of WW2, serving aboard the USS Storch DD670.
He was a Supervisor with International Paper (Union Camp Corporation) in Clifton for many years, retiring in 1989.
Billy was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt with his dogs who he field trialed and showed.
Billy is survived by his beloved wife Mabel, his son, Stephen (his wife, Ann), his brother Edward, his sister Grace and his grandchildren, Tracy Alaniz (her husband Brandon), Brandi Guillet (her husband Chad), his great grandchildren, Koba, Kalia & Connor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Thomas and his wife Dale and 4 sisters.
