Jetson Ewing Lincoln Obituary (1921 - 2015)

Mr. Jetson Ewing Lincoln, 93, died on May 18, 2015 in Miami, FL. Graveside Services will be held in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery, 851 Valley Road, Upper Montclair on Saturday, May 30 at 10:30 am. Born and raised in Montclair, Mr. Lincoln moved to Florida in 2008. He had a BS from Princeton University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an MBA from New York University. He was a member of the Princeton Club in NYC, NY. Mr. Lincoln was a Lieutenant in the US Navy during World War II. Mr. Lincoln retired as the Vice President of Finance & Planning from Philip Morris USA in 1987, after a 40 year career with the company that included time as the Assistant Director / Director of Marketing Research and Director of Marketing, Planning & Tobacco Production in the Consumer Product Division. He also served on the Boards of the Miller Brewing Company and 7-Up Companies. He was the husband of the late Virginia Foster Lincoln, the father of Robert J. Lincoln (and his wife, Cecilia) and Linda Anne Lincoln Swayze Butler (and her husband, Thomas). He was the brother of William L. Lincoln and the late Betty Hope Lincoln and is also survived by his grandchildren, Sharon C. Lincoln, Heather A. Lincoln, Leo J. Swayze IV, Jetson Lincoln Swayze, Melissa A. Swayze, Crystal Lauren Butler, Garrett Thomas Butler and his great grandchildren, Lily B. Padilla, Lucy B. Padilla, Kayla Marie Swayze, Cordelia Lea Swayze and Thomas C. Vann, IV.
