Dorothy Schiau

Mrs. Dorothy Schiau died on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. She was 84 years old.
Funeral Services will be held in the Prout Funeral Home, (www.proutfuneralhome.com) 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Tuesday, May 5 at 10:30 am.
Visiting on Monday from 7 to 9 pm.
Born in Campina, Romania, Mrs. Schiau came to the US in 1971 and lived in South Orange and Maplewood prior to moving to West Orange in 1998.
She was a Technical Designer at Foster Wheeler in Livingston for 17 years, retiring in 1988.
Mrs. Schiau was the beloved wife of Jon Schiau, the loving mother of Ross Schiau (and his wife, Bonnie) and Vladimir Schiau (and his wife, Brenda). She is also survived by her dear granddaughters Nicole and Melissa.
