Dorothy D Scheuplein

Dorothy Scheuplein, 95, passed on to eternal life on August 17, 2016 at her home in Orlando, Florida. She was born and raised in Fair Play, South Carolina. A graduate of Duke University's School of Nursing, she entered the U.S. Army and served on Saipan during World War II. On Saipan, she met and married Walter W. Scheuplein, her husband of 57 years.
Dorothy was a longtime member of the Wyoming Presbyterian Church in Millburn, New Jersey.
She is survived by her three children: Walter (Judy), Linda, and John (Sharlenne), as well as five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Chapels at Short Hills. The Chapel is located at the back of St. Stephen's Cemetery (451 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ) across from Millburn High School.
